Lalita Gandbhir

Lalita Gandbhir's fiction, poetry, and non-fiction have been published in India, Canada and the United States, both in Marathi and in English, in such venues as The South Asian Review, Ekata, Weber Studies, Her Mother's Ashes, and The Massachusetts Review. She is a recipient of the 2003-2004 Maharashtra Government Award for Fiction for the Marathi-language version of For Homeland. A former physician, she now lives in Singer Island, Florida with her husband.
